Organizational Announcement
We are very pleased to announce that Blake Dickson has accepted the position of President and CEO of Wade Antenna Inc. Blake is already quite familiar with the company operations as he has been serving as a member of the Board of Advisors.
Blake’s role at Wade will be the President/CEO responsible for all Employee and Financial objectives set out by the Board. His mandate will be working with the Wade management team and employees to grow the profitability of the company and to widen Wade’s product portfolio to better meet our customer’s needs.
Blake has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Sales and Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University. His background includes almost 30 years of industrial sales and management, beginning at Stelco in Hamilton in which he was fast tracked through many production and commercial functions. After Stelco Blake joined Ivaco Rolling Mills before becoming part of the ownership group for Rotalec, a Montreal based distribution company focused on sales, service and support of High Technology products. Blake progressed through several functions at Rotalec including Mill Products Specialist, Division Manager, VP and finishing his career at Rotalec as the President/COO. During Blake’s career at Rotalec the company has doubled in size and expanded to having divisions in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Blake’s wide range of experience will create growth in existing and new markets leading Wade to become a more diversified and steadily growing company. Blake is very excited about this new challenge and will be involved in Wade management meetings during the month of June as he finishes his current role at Rotalec and begins to take over his new responsibility.
We look forward to working with Blake and are very pleased he has taken on this important role at our company.
